Hi There! We are a close knit team that's more like a family working out of sunny Brisbane, Australia. We each bring something to the table and Customised Home HQ just wouldn't be the same without our wacky and wonderful staff and you can learn more about us below, but first lets talk business..

Our new venture is focusing on a love for luxurious homewares with a twist. You can liaise with our design team to create custom embroidered towels, cushions, pillowcases and napery to create your own curated space. You can also shop our wide range of homewares that need no customisation to speak for themselves. We are very selective about our suppliers, choosing to supply brands that we trust and use ourselves.

We are passionate about conservation and doing what we can to run our business as earth friendly as possible. We are keen recyclers so you might get your order in a sanitised re-used box. Even our sticky tape that's holding the box closed is compostable along with all our stickers and labels. We'll go the extra mile every time to lessen our footprint on the planet!

Anne our owner is a second generation dressmaker and long time successful embroidery business owner of 27 years. She grew up in Maryborough, sneaking off on weekends on surf trips which has led to a life in Brisbane (A perfect city to escape to the beach from). When she's not mentoring our staff or doing important businessy office things you'll find her enjoying a bottle of wine and some live music, don't get in her way on the dancefloor if you know what's good for you!

Renee is our creative director/e-commerce manager and has the strangest resume you'll ever read, guaranteed. Renee spent a few years managing Anne's embroidery business before heading off overseas to travel and live where she has worked as a zipline guide, a dog musher and even on a shark cage diving boat.  Settling back in Australia in 2020 (border closures anyone!?) led her straight back to Anne and the concept for Customised Home was thought up by this smart cookie. As Renee is allergic to having spare time she also works casually as an axe throwing coach some nights and weekends. She definitely colours outside of the lines this one.

Moka is our lead embroiderer and part of our design team. Our shy gal hails all the way from Niue which is a tiny island nation in the South Pacific Ocean. Family is super important to Moka and she spends most of her time with hers but you can also find her binging a good show on tv too ;)
